Amidst that, a mysterious young boy named Souji appears to them with BeaRV's Engine Cast. Sosuke / Go-On Red and the rest save him as he was being pursued by the special police. For some reason, one standing in their way is Saki / Go-On Yellow, who parted ways with the Go-Ongers and has become part of the governments public relations office. The major incident will drag the world in and how will it involve the fate of the Go-Ongers?!
The story chronicles upon the past of Gai Kurenai and Jugglus Juggler, the original series' main protagonist and antagonist, who were once heroes fighting on the side of light, facing Dr. Psychi and his army of Bezelbs.
Shinichiro Hanasaki, a former detective with the police department, is currently engaged in running a nursery called “Smiling Garden.” He wishes to help poorer families and single parents by offering very low fees for childcare, but this leaves the nursery struggling financially. To replenish the budget, Shinichiro decides to open a private detective agency at night.
The Gaiark Pollution Ministers begin setting up their plan break the dimensional barriers that separate the Braneworlds in order to create their Gaiark haven, setting up the opening sequences for the actual movie. However, while the Go-ongers are trapped in Samurai World, the Ministers attempt to take advantage of the event by subduing Bomper, who battles them personally when they attempt to set a trap for the Go-ongers as they return to their dimension.

With the exile, the Gaiark switched their target to the world of humans and attacked to pollute the Earth in order to make it more habitable for them. Japanese-American track star Mizuki Ashiya transfers from a school in California to Japan, but not to just any old school. The school is Osaka High School—an all male high school! Mizuki Ashiya must disguise herself as a boy, all to get closer to her hero, Izumi Sano, a high-jump athlete who attends Osaka High. Now with short hair, flattened chest, and deeper voice, Mizuki becomes roommates with Izumi Sano, but trouble soon starts to brew. Izumi Sano discovers by accident that Mizuki is a girl and falls in love with her, but Mizuki is unaware of the fact. Complicating things, fellow classmate Shuichi Nakatsu starts to develop feelings for Mizuki, unaware that she is a girl!
