Tony Marshall is a British television actor. Born in Manchester in 1964 (some websites erroneously claim 1974) he is probably best known for his appearance in the BBC drama series Life on Mars and the final episode of its spinoff Ashes to Ashes as the bartender and confidant, Nelson, and for his role as Noel Garcia, the receptionist in the BBC's long running medical drama series Casualty, a role he played for twelve years between 2008 until his character's death from COVID-19 in 2020. He also replaced Steven Woodcock to portray Rodney's friend Chris Jevon in later episodes of Only Fools and Horses, and played Diesel in all three series of Preston Front.
