Matthew Enns was born in the cold middle province of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is the son of David and Sheryl Enns. Matthew grew up along side three siblings Ashley, Andrew and Brittany. Growing up he played hockey and other sports but it wasn't until after high school that he found his passion for acting.
