Tetsuhiko Toma is a surgeon who studied in the United States. He begins work at a private hospital in a rural area in Japan. He believes that people should receive the same level of care at all hospitals. Guided by those principles, he takes on challenging surgeries and saves the lives of patients. Tetsuhiko Toma attempts an internal organ transplant for the first time in Japan, but the health care system blocks him.

"Satomi Hakkenden" tells the tale of eight samurai brothers and their adventures, with themes of loyalty and family honor, as well as Confucianism, bushido and Buddhist philosophy. "Satomi Hakkenden" is based off a 19th century 106 volume epic novel written by Kyokutei Bakin. The novel was written over a period of 30 years. Kyokutei Bakin had gone blind before finishing the tale, consequently, dictating the final portions to his daughter-in-law Michi.
Takizawa Hideaki was a Johnny's Jr. leader making him famous long before he even debuted as part of Tackey & Tsubasa. When he isn't busy promoting or performing as part of Tackey & Tsubasa, he acts in doramas. Although he has acted in several doramas, it wasn't until 1999 when he starred in the controversial "Teacher/Student Love Affair" dorama Majo no Jouken (also known as Forbidden Love), that the public began to recognize his acting skills. In January 2004, he became the youngest leading role actor onstage at the Tokyo Imperial Theatre for the musical DREAM BOY. On some occasions, he would compose songs. 894 hakushi, My Angel You're Angel, and KAT-TUN's Fight All Night are some of the songs he composed. He also directed ARASHI's first PV, titled A.RA.SHI. Among fans, he is famous and credited for the creation of the "ero-ero" dance. In 2009, Takizawa started releasing solo music apart from Tackey & Tsubasa.
